Five affordable holiday decor ideas!

1. Upcycle! Grab some acrylic paint (as little as $.50 from @michaelsstores ) and baking soda and paint your ornaments!
2. Add velvet ribbon everywhere! You can also get this for relatively cheap and it adds such a nice touch to garland, wreaths,etc
3. Dried fruit! Grapefruit, oranges, make such cute ornaments and decor! Slice thin and bake for 2-3 hours at 215, flipping every 15 minutes.
4. Swap your pictures for holiday prints. This adds such a great touch to your decor! Print at home or Staples or Walgreens for under $10!
5. Forage! Cut down some pine for some fresh garland. Soak in water for 24 hours and mist every few days to make it last!

Let's talk fall staples - yes I love seeing what's trendy in fall, but there are pieces I go back to every single time A/W roll around - and one of them is a classic wool blend coat - I have several colors - but these are some of my favorite ones! I usually buy them after the season when they're on serious sale (I got this Banana Republic pink one for $40). I'm rounding up a bunch for you that are seriously good deals!
